My tasks as a manager of the client support department are:

• build long-term and trusting relationships with clients;
• assist at all stages of adaptation in the country;
• provide the most comfortable conditions during immigration;
• in difficult and ambiguous situations, rely on intuition and show a creative approach to solving problems;
• work in multitasking conditions.

A customer support manager is the face of the company. Only by professionalism, calmness, attentiveness and desire to help the client will evaluate the entire organization. I willingly share my own knowledge and experience of the company and know very well how to act to make the client satisfied.
