Most probably we have already known each other on the social project named "Program for Assistance to the Resettlement of Compatriots in Northern Cyprus". For over 12 years in this activity, I managed to organize immigration and adaptation of about 1,700 families, which established the “Russian-Speaking Community” in Northern Cyprus.
In short, my name is Ilya Shestakov. I am 51 years old, happily married, have four children, and have been living on the island of Cyprus for 14 years.
For over than 12 years that I have been involved in foreign real estate, as well as consulting and social activities, I have been emailing helpful information that has been received and read by 3.5 million people (you can subscribe by email or Telegram).
All this time, three and a half million people have been curious about what we live for, and what exactly we do after immigration from a business point of view, since this also allows us to engage in social activities.
In 2006 I founded S.I.I.B. Professional Group Ltd; group of companies, which include Seven Elephants Investment Ltd. Consulting Company and Tumar Construction Ltd. Development Company, as well as “Russian-Speaking Community” and “Program for Assistance to the Resettlement of Compatriots” brand names.
